1. The service
Superior DM Flow lets you automate replies to comments and direct messages on professional Instagram accounts, using only Meta’s official API.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to manage the connected accounts and agree to follow Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram’s Community Guidelines and applicable law (including privacy and anti-spam rules). Using the service for spam, harassment or illegal content is prohibited.
3. Platform limits
Meta enforces rules such as the 24-hour messaging window and sending limits. We do not guarantee delivery of messages blocked by those rules or by changes to Meta’s API.
4. Plans and cancellation
Paid plans, when available, are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time, remaining active until the end of the paid period.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime or by actions taken by Meta.
